Sometimes it feels like this game is just made to annoy you. Words pop up quickly, and if you blink, you miss your chance. It’s addicting in that weird way. I kept dying on easy parts. Honestly, I was expecting more but got stuck instead. Not sure if I should be mad or keep playing.
Fantasy Typing has some neat ideas but the execution is tricky. The controls are loose and the physics feel wonky sometimes. It’s basic but requires focus. You learn the patterns after a while, but it’s not exactly smooth sailing. The gameplay loop keeps you coming back to see if you can do better.
Playing around with different setups really changes your approach. There’s no perfect loadout but balancing speed and accuracy helps. Some characters seem more annoying than others, but real pros figure out how to cheese the system. It’s not about skill, mostly about which build works best for you on that run.
If you want to get better, try to memorize the common word patterns. There’s a secret to hitting extra points if you type the first letter of every word in a sequence. Locking onto certain enemies makes it faster. Honestly, the game’s got lots of little shortcuts if you notice them.
The story isn’t much, just a bunch of fetch quests linked by vague lore. You keep typing through different worlds, fighting bugs and goblins. The ending feels rushed and a bit confusing. Overall, it’s a simple experience that leaves you more frustrated than satisfied. Not really worth it unless you’re desperate for a typing fix.
