Honestly, I do not know why I keep playing this. It is simple but somehow addictive. The controls are wonky, enemies spawn out of nowhere, and the physics feel so trash. Still, there is a strange pull to keep going. The game wears thin fast but keeps pulling me back.
Glactic Saucer is a neat little space shooter with tricky controls. The physics feel wonky, making movement unpredictable. It’s not hard to pick up, but actually mastering moves takes practice. Watching your ship bounce in weird ways gets annoying but strangely funny. Total chaos.
You do not need crazy builds here. Basic weapons and shield boosts work fine. Using rapid fire with a good shield makes dodging easier. No need for fancy setups. Play what feels comfortable. Ammo consumption and reloads can become annoying fast.
Find a corner and shoot from there. Sounds simple, but less enemies spawn behind you. Also, try to conserve ammo early on. I've noticed that collecting power-ups at the right moment keeps you alive longer. If you want to level up quickly, focus on surviving rather than destroying everything.
The story is basic. You navigate through waves of enemies, dodge asteroids, and hope it ends someday. Boss fights can be frustrating and a little unfair sometimes. You mostly just survive as long as possible. The ending is underwhelming, but you probably won’t care by then. Just keep trying to beat your score.
